Festoons hung in between two buildings, where there are vacant and undesignated spots.
Could these be the spaces in between ?
Some of these Interventions in the cityscape were on the route of the performative tour, others I put up to brighten up the street scene.
Depending on which area the festoons were installed in, the timeframe wherein they were taken down by a third party varied from 30 to 1488 hours.
